Shipping and Sales Policies
Your items are shipped within two business days following the purchase. Items purchased after 5PM Eastern Time from Monday through Friday will be processed the following business day.
Each shipment is fully insured using FedEx 2-3 day shipping unless other shipping methods are requested by the customer at the time of purchase and confirmed by Prather Beeland.
Shipping & Insurance
Shipping costs are included in the purchase. An email confirmation is sent to you when your item has been shipped. Packages require signature for delivery.
Transactions in your shopping cart are safely and conveniently processed through PayPal. Please call us if you prefer to handle your purchase by phone. We can receive payments by wire transfer and personal check by prior arrangement. Items purchased by personal check are shipped after the check has cleared.
Ring Sizing
Almost all of our rings can be sized. Choosing the ring size you want before shipment allows us to size your item at no additional cost.
We strive to provide antique and vintage jewelry in its optimal condition. Pieces are shipped only after careful repair and restoration has been completed. Call us for an estimate of repair or restoration charges for your own jewelry items.
Return Policy
Prather Beeland is glad to accept returns for a full refund of your purchase price. Please contact us if you wish to make a return. The item must be return shipped to us within three business days of its original delivery date.
Custom items and pieces that have been altered cannot be returned.
Returned items must be in the same condition they were shipped and in original packaging. Customers must return packages fully insured at their own cost.
