Enamel and Diamond Heart Pendant

A puffed heart in 18K yellow gold. The front has black enamel and is set with a large rose cut closed back diamond surrounded by open back old cut diamonds. The back is all yellow gold with lovely engraving. Bail also set with old cut diamonds.
